Hang on to your seats because this post is full of pictures and lots of Halloween fun.
The week started off with Taryn and Lucy attending the Cedar Bluff Library Halloween story time. They both dressed up as princesses and enjoyed hanging out with the other kids in their costumes.
It is shaky eggs time.
They had a ghost and mummy craft that the girls were able to participate in. What a bunch of dolls!
We learned that there was another Cinderella in the room and all three had to have a picture together.
Miss Kristie was Llama Llama.
Miss Carol was a pirate. What a way to have fun on All Hallows' Eve.
THURSDAY. HALLOWEEN DAY
The preschool had their dress up day on Halloween Day. Another day to dress up as a princess, what could be better than that? Taryn couldn't wait to show off her hair, make up and costume to her teachers and classmates.

HALLOWEEN NIGHT!
Vaughn had to work on Halloween night, which left the kids and I to trick-or-treat by ourselves. It has turned into a tradition to meet over at the Thompson's neighborhood for a Hallowen party and trick-or -treating. The boys always enjoy seeing each other.
The princess is ready for more candy, not like she didn't already have a bucket full. :)

Our friends also had some games for the kids to play. The piñata was a hit. No pun intended!

I loved the mummy door. The kids all started off so enthusiastic, but after 45 minutes of running in princess shoes, Taryn was over trick-or-treating.
I had to hold her hand and help her walk the rest of the way, and make her go to he rest of the houses.
Doesn't she look thrilled with me. Smiles were all gone and before long the tears began to flow. I think she was Halloweened out! She didn't even want to look at all the candy she got. She just wanted to go home and go to bed. I said Amen to that one. It has been a week of Halloween. Bring on Thanksgiving!
